• The goal is to get the seller the most money in the shortest amount of time for their property. In an effort to help with this, I will: Provide a detailed comparative market analysis so the seller can see what other properties have sold for in their area. Help seller with suggestions on staging their home for maximum impact Stay in constant contact with sellers as their home is shown with comments from buyers that may be helpful Host anopen house of the property, advertised in the newspaper and internet.
