• The goal is to get the desired property for the best price possible! In an effort to do this, I will: Find available properties in the buyer's price range. Encourage the buyer to check out my website for properties they may want to see. Show any and all properties at the buyer's convenience. Do my research to find out what I can about a particular property. Negotiate for my buyer with the seller's agent. Keep up with mortgage interest rates and programs available for a new buyer.

Seller Services

• The goal is to get the seller the most money in the shortest amount of time for their property. In an effort to help with this, I will: Provide a detailed comparative market analysis so the seller can see what other properties have sold for in their area. Help seller with suggestions on staging their home for maximum impact Stay in constant contact with sellers as their home is shown with comments from buyers that may be helpful Host an open house of the property, advertised in the newspaper and internet. Market their property in the newspaper, on several websites on the internet, Catalog of Homes published monthly, and the multiple listing service that is viewed by all licensed realtors in the area.
